Community Services Foundation of Cecil County
The Community Services Foundation of Cecil County, Inc. acquires and distributes funds, materials, and resources for the benefit of the needy, disadvantaged, disabled, and qualified residents of Cecil County. The CSF was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, to include the making of distributions to organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Cecil County Help Center
Program Description:
The Cecil County Help Center operates a food pantry that is designed to assist people who are facing food insecurity throughout Cecil County. The pantry directly serves individuals on a daily basis by providing food that is donated by a variety of community partnerships.
Individuals and families can receive food commodities by visiting the Help Center, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9-12pm and 1-3:30pm. Individuals and families may be eligible for emergency food designed to provide meals for 3-5 days through a referral made by the Department of Social Services.

The Bridge
Program Description:
ALL SERVICES ARE FREE
At the Bridge we can provide the following services for you and your dependent children if you are the victim of domestic violence (it can affect anyone and can be physical, verbal, emotional or sexual). To find out if you are eligible for these services call 410-996-0333 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You must have an appointment.
